How to Use This Portal

Calendar View

Review the daily, weekly, or monthly calendar to find open time slots. Only AHR247 bookings and availability are shown here.

Live Engineer Map

When on a job: The map pin highlights the active job location.

When idle (no active job): The map defaults to Boston, PE21 7LU.

Check Arrival Times (ETA Calculator)

Before making a booking, use the "Check Earliest Arrival" tool.

Enter the job postcode into the search box and click "Calculate ETA".

The system calculates live drive time from the engineer's current location or base and automatically adds a 30-minute transition buffer to give you an accurate, reliable arrival estimate.

Create a Booking

You can create a booking in two simple ways:

Option A: Quick AI Auto-Fill (Recommended)

Click "⚡ AI Auto-Fill Booking".
Paste any unstructured text into the box (e.g., a raw email, WhatsApp text, or phone notes).
Click "Parse & Preview". The AI will extract the customer details, address, job description, date/time, and rates into the form.
Review the auto-filled fields, make any quick edits, and click "Confirm & Save".

Option B: Manual Booking
